I was able to get in and out with 2 young children and a teenager. Staff's always pleasant and are able to answer any questions I may have.

The entire experience was so satisfying. The sales representative was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Service was very prompt and the store was impressive.

The sales associate was very helpful. She was knowledgeable and found a way to relate to me. We shared a love of Disney and it ultimately got me to purchase more than what I had come in for.

I am always highly satisfied with my experience at Pandora because of the sales associates are friendly, and they always have knowledge about the charms or jewelry I am asking about, and they let me know about deals or if certain items are out of stock or new, etc. The store is very clean and sparkly; it is an open-type concept with a hint of minimalism, it is very easy to be in there and stay for a while. And I usually never have trouble getting the items I want; only a few charms were not available over the three years I have been buying them!

I was incredibly satisfied with my visit @ Pandora! I purchased the Inspiration Within Ring in rose pink & it is absolutely glamorous.. so gorgeous! I cannot get over how stunning it is! I am so in love with my purchase! The sales associate was very knowledgeable of the products, friendly, & customer-oriented. I felt very appreciated as a customer & the associate knew exactly what I was looking for! Definitely will be visiting again soon to purchase the Vintage Allure Ring to complete the rose gold look :)

The initial associate who greeted me was warm and welcoming, very friendly and so helpful. Another associate approached us while we were looking at merchandise and informed me of the "design" service I didn't even know Pandora provided...where you bring in your Pandora beads and bracelets and they help you with new designs! Love it!

I had a lovely conversation with the Wendi who helped me choose a bracelet and charm for my daughter. She was knowledgable and helpful and made my experience in the store a positive one! Wendi is great and knows her stuff!
