Pandora Jewelry

This was the very first time I have gone into a Pandora and had good customer service. Every time in this particular Pandora I have felt as if I was a bother to the associates and management. They’ve never been helpful. This visit was completely different. The sales lead that helped me went above and beyond trying to find the bracelet size I wanted. She even checked every display to see if it was maybe being used there. When she didn’t find it, she recommended a bangle which I ended up purchasing. I really appreciated her trying to help and being so pleasant.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable. The sales there were very impressive. Could use more variety of charms like animals and other things.

My sales associate Wendi was very knowledgeable about the merchandise. She was very friendly and helpful in providing options for me. The whole experience of selecting the different prices of jewelry was enjoyable.

Sales associate quickly located the charms I wanted. Checkout was quick and convenient without waiting in a long line. My bracelets were polished and cleaned up while the sales transaction was going on.

The service clerk was very helpful and very nice with helping me out with my purchase and wrapping the jewelry so nicely.

Retail agent was absolutely great. I was in & our in 10 mins.

The sales woman knew exactly where to find the items I came in for and made great suggestions that led to a higher sale for her and money off for me.... win win situation. Thanks again

Shop at this store once a year. I have two daughters and have bought them both Pandora bracelets and charms each year for the last ..... years. Your merchandise displays and customer service have always been first rate. Unfortunately my granddaughter is an Alex & Ani fan so I also shop where I can find their merchandise.

The atmosphere is bright and friendly. I’m known when I go in. Have purchased many beautiful pieces. Look forward in returning soon.
