I had purchased mu daughter a Pandora ring and a stone fell out. They replaced the ring with a brand new one because it had been less than 1 yr. since I purchased it.

I worked with the Assistant Manager who recognized my story of a damaged clasp which caused me to almost lose my bracelet with charms. She looked it up and was aware that the manager had been looking for it. I had not heard from anyone over the past several months with updates, so I went in to see if I could get it fixed. She knew who I was from my story and brought out all my info with identification and began calling stores. She measured my wrist to get the correct size. Then she arranged for it to be sent to the store by Saturday afternoon. She also cleaned all my jewelry !! I felt like I scored a touchdown. I felt very satisfied leaving the store ... like she really cared about me and wanted to do all she could to help me. SHE DID IT !! WE have four daughters who love Pandora like Momma!! Nice quality and terrific customer service

I had a great experience except, after I left the store, one of the charms (stoppers) must have not been clipped all the way as it fell off of my bracelet and is now gone. The clerk put the charm on the bracelet, I did not. When I got home, I looked down as the remaining charms were moving and notice it was gone. I am now out one charge at the cost of $45.00.
