The staff at this store is always helpful and friendly. They all know their products very well and make excellent recommendations without a "hard sell" or being pushy. This is my favorite store and my favorite staff. The store manager Douglass even gave me some really awesome "how to wear it" tips that I never thought of. I can't say enough nice things about the products or the staff. I've been to other Pandora store and hands down, this one is the best!
