The worker was extremely nice, he told me about all the promotions going on. He helped me pick out certain charms to help with my bracelet. He continued to have a conversation with me and listen to all my concerns about the bracelet and not get frustrated with me.

The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. It is always a nice experience shopping at the Portland Maine Mall Pandora Store. The store is always clean, organized and pleasant.

Kassandra was amazing and was wonderful to talk with while we shopped for a new Disney charm! She took the time to clean my bracelets and even organize one of my bracelet to fit the new addition. I was very impressed with her customer service!

The sales associate Wendi that we had was absolutely amazing. She helped both myself and my sister out more than either of us thought. She was so nice and knew what she was doing for sure, highly loved the experience due to the sales associate.

The store itself was well lit in the Maine Mall in Portland, ME. The staff was knowledgeable and aware of their current inventory; the sales lady made suggestions that are appropriate to the style I like.
