I went into the store ready to be told that they couldn’t exchange my bangle. Online exchange wasn’t possible (return only, but it was a gift and I didn’t want sender to know - money would have gone back onto his credit card). I bought another charm while I was there too. Good visit! The only reason I don’t plan to go back in 90 days is because I seldom go to the mall, not because of any issue with my visit that day. I will go back at some time - prefer to buy jewellery in person - you get a better feel for the size and quality of small items like charms. Thank you for the opportunity to fill out this survey.

The sales manager went above and beyond to make sure we left the store with not only the items we wished to purchase but replaced some as well. So happy that we stopped at the Pandora store on our trip to Portland Me.

The store was clean and inviting. The sales associate was waiting on one other customer so we had to wait a few minutes to see the display of items on sale but it was fine. The sales associate was friendly and thanked me.

Everyone is very friendly. Their store location is nearby to my store. They always call or letting me know, when they have special going.
