Pandora Jewelry

Called the Pandora Maine Mall store about 1/2 an hour before it opened. An associate answered who took down my information to call me back when she could locate the item I was looking for. She called back a little after store opening confirming she had found it in the back (it was a gift set) and held it aside for me so that I could pick it up same day. Seamless and helpful experience from start to finish.

The sales lady who helped was very, very helpful & helped me decide what I should get.

They were very nice and patient, while I looked.I recommend going to this location.i would not go on any other site for pandora online especially....... Make sure. It is not (Outletpandorasus.com) Because they are not what they say they are. ( They are Fruad comes from China). I spent 137.00 at Christmas time that my Dieing father gave me. And ended up with bubble gum jewelry, not even the things I ordered. So please be aware.

Douglass was very helpful, polite, professional and knowledgeable. Twice he showed me how to string the Floating Locket. Also, he recommended products that I did not see because of sensory overload.

THE MANAGER, SUE, WAS ABLE TO SWAP OUT A PANDORA BRACELET FOR ME, DUE TO THE FACT DOUGLAS WAS OUT OF TOWN. I HAD SPOKEN WITH DOUGLAS BEFORE CHRISTMAS TIME, HE HAD TOLD ME TO BRING IT IN. NO PROBLEM. I HAD NO RECEIPT AND SHE WAS HELPFUL.

Staff were friendly and and attentive. The store was a little crowded as it was a small store, especially with stands with products on them but other than that, it was nice!

My husband and step-daughter bought my Christmas gifts there and they dealt with the manager, she was top-notched. When we returned the first time, we dealt with her and again top notch. Upon returning to pick up ring, dealt with a sales associate who wasn't the greatest.

My experience was highly satisfying because help was immediately available upon entry to the store. The sales associate was friendly and smiled. She was also knowledgeable not only in the product but also in the “do’s and don’ts” of jewelry and mixing and matching metals. The sales associate was well versed in what was available for selection. On the down side. Pandora did not put out a large amount of charms to celebrate the New Years holiday. As I was there and a number of people came in for returns and more associates came out to work the counter it was a reminder of how small the store actually is. It became very crowded quickly. Price was what was expected for Pandora. Nice jewelry at reasonable price.

I have two bracelets myself . I have purchased beads for myself, daughter , 2 grand daughters and I am looking forward to buying beads for my new Gt grand daughter . I would like to come to on the sales associate that waited on me . She was Impeccably met , jIr nearly done and wearing pandora jewelry .
