This was the first time I was in a Pandora store. I was given a charm last Christmas but did not have a bracelet. I was able to do so in this store.

The staff were kind and helpful. She made sure that my issue was resolved to my satisfaction. She also made me feel welcome to look without pressure to spend more money.
