The sales assistant that helped me was absolutely wonderful. He knew just by looking my bracelet size and replaced it straight away as it was broken but still in warentee! He was friendly and made the whole process so easy and enjoyable - I would definitely go back to this store and recommend to others

Knowledge level of asst store manager. The store had moved to a temporary location due to construction and they were functioning perfectly and professionally under their adverse conditions.

The sales clerk was very knowledgeable and there were plenty of ring styles and sizes to choose from. I will be purchasing earrings very soon!

I just prefer to order on line and have it delivered to my house.

A gift for my wife but possible if the bracelet does not fit, we probably be going back to have the bracelet size fix per to what the sales lady had told us.

A couple of specific things I was looking for only came in one color. Customer was amazing though!
