The customer service was very good! I was a little disappointed in the lack of cancer awareness charms you did not have. I wish there was more of a selection that did not need to be preordered. The one I was was discontinued

I was mostly happy with my experience at pandora. I did not like how I could not go in the store to browse around. Doing everything from the line outside of the store was a bit of a pain.

Selection in store of lower cost rings was low but I still managed to pick one out. Just a little more pricey then I was hoping.

The employees were wonderful! It was the layout of the store. I was not in there too long ago and everything was moved. I get that it’s retail and that happens. But an employee was quick to greet me and help me find what I was looking for.
