I’ve gone to that store many times in the mall and the service has always sucked!! But I will tell you as dissatisfied as I was this time, this was way better than two years ago when I went in there it was awful and spent hundreds there!!!! Could you get some knowledgeable helpful and happy people to work in your stores!! I mean come on I go there at Christmas every year!!!

Sales rep was not interested in showing me all available only highly expensive pieces on rack, not helpful with sizes or other choice selections, seemed to not care, look like she wanted to be anywhere but there, last visit lady was great this time not helpful and kinda stuffy arrogant attitude.

The sales associate did not really seem to care that we were there to make a purchase. I usually buy a lot!! Bought one charm. Not my usual style! I really should have just walked out.

The sales associate was really rude to me and to my friends that were coming with me. She treat us like trash basically.

Awkward greeting to the store as the only guests entering. The sales associates was unsure of the Disney beads I was shopping for. I only buy Disney beads and she kept trying to show me ones that were not Disney to “make me happy”...

There was no problem with any staff or workers, the only problem I had was the selection size, I know that because of the holidays people are purchasing more and more but I had the choice between two necklaces/earring combo that were silver and I went with the circular ones. Not dissatisfied, but would have liked to see more of a selection so I could make my gift more personal.

Overall I was very satisfied, but I wish the sale associate had talked with me more and informed me more about the product. I felt like I walked about without knowledge of the product because I didn’t know what questions to ask.

I purchased multiple charms and a bracelet on this day, the representative must have misplaced one of my older charms while rearranging my charms on my bracelet. My friend and I returned to purchase more charms but the previous sales rep was not on duty. Left my number and no one called me back. Tried calling multiple times but it seems as if the store phone is not working.

We went to Pandora in search of princesses for my daughter. My daughter really wanted the Elsa dress princess. The associate said that they sold out and it was no longer available. Well turns it out, Elsa is available online and the store associate never offered to order it for us or go above in beyond in any way.

the sales associate gave the attitude she would rather be anywhere other than taking of the customer. She was less than helpful with information concerning the charms. If the gift had been for anything other than a special occassion I would have left the store and waited to purchase the gift when I retruned from vacation.
