Pandora Jewelry

I was in the store several minutes before I was acknowledged. The clerk who was waiting on me left in the middle of my sale to wrap a gift for another customer because the lady who was waiting on that customer didn't know how to wrap???? I waited for someone to finish packaging my purchase, it took several minutes.

The woman helping me seemed like I was bothering her being there. I knew exactly what I wanted and didn’t make things complicated for her, yet she seemed like I was a difficult customer. Didn’t greet me while I was in the store until I approach her, although she knew I was in the store. Didn’t try to make any conversation with me although I tried. Just gave me the rings I wanted to try on without saying much of anything. And when I asked her to clean my rings she asked if my rings were Pandora. One wasn’t but the other one clearly was and it said “Pandora” on the band. She refused to put my ring in the tumbler saying this is a discontinued ring. I said I just both her a year ago and never had this problem and she didn’t say anything besides she can only polish it with a cloth. One of the most unfriendly people I have ever dealt with while shopping.

Customer service wasn’t friendly. My boyfriend and I were looking for a charm bracelet for me and she was acting like she didn’t want to sale us one. She kept telling us to look online (even though there were bracelets in the store that I wanted). She was literally trying to talk us out of buying what I wanted. She even told us to walk around the mall to think about if we wanted to buy it. We can’t help but feeling this is because we are black. The other sales associates were also rude to us.

Sara H. tried to push pieces of jewelry on me after I repeatedly told her that was not what I was looking for. I got a necklace and left. My wife went to return it couple days later. They wouldn’t refund her bc she didn’t have my credit card. She said she’d call and get my numbers they said no we need the card. I had also purchased a charm and necklace a few prior. All will be going back to that store. We’ll get something else at another store. We will not recommend this store to anyone

The sales staff are like vultures and jump on you as soon as you walk in, you are not able to browse. We were looking for a specific necklace and the female clerk was nice, but the male clerk went off on us for finding it on the internet advised we should never look on other sites. We had a picture for a gift that is all, he was very rude and why I prefer online shopping especially with this store. I do want to state the female associate that check out our purchase was nice and pleasant.

I had in mind selecting something other than a bracelet with my gift certificate. Before I knew it, I’d allowed myself to be talked into the new bracelet with closure requiring the purchase of a key. Once I got home and put nine Pandora beads onto the bracelet, it was much too small for my wrist. (It had been measured for my wrist with no beads on it. Even I should have known that would result in a bracelet too small!). I’ll be returning it tomorrow.
