Beautiful jewelry. Excellent courteous customer service.

I do not get to the Mall often. I went in and was assisted and out of there in a matter of minutes. Efficient and listened to what I was looking for and unlike other stores they did not try to sales pitch me a bunch of expensive items. They heard what I was looking for and was a great assistance finding it I like well love stores like that!!!

No wait in line, walked right in. Associate knew exactly shat we were looking for. Nice selection of rings in our size.

When I came into the store, my intention was to browse, not to buy. I truly have a good supply of jewelry. But your sales associate, Wendi, is so friendly and such a good saleswoman, that I was persuaded to buy three pieces for my Pandora ME jewelry. She truly puts the fun in shopping!

First of all, the staff were SO NICE! They were eager to help without being obnoxious or pushy about it. I came in to exchange a ring for a different size and they were SO helpful! Honestly, the staff are the main reason I want to go back because they were so nice I want to be a loyal customer to them.

The salesperson was very nice and keep showing me options when the first ones did not initially work out. They also devoted all their attention to me and no other customers in the store which made me feel special. They also convinced me to buy a type of bracelet that I was not even open to when I came in with their personal knowledge and tips.

We went to the Maine Mall in South Portland the Pandora store was awesome and we had Wendy I have bought all my pieces off in Wendy she is such a pleasure to deal with and she is so good about showing us pieces and charms I really highly recommend if you go into South Portland you talk with Wendy she's a great great salesperson and we love all our Pandora pieces

My salesperson was AMAZING! She was so helpful, kind and sweet.
