My friend and I went together. She made a purchase I was not going to. Then at the last minute I decided to buy a couple of things. As the line began to form the girl helping us was very patient. She did not rush me.

I am a first-time in-store buyer of Pandora. Normally my wife purchases her charms on her own. I was able to sneak her bracelet out of the house for a cleaning and maybe purchase an additional item for her as a surprise. When it was my turn to enter the store I was introduced to Kayla. Kayla is a SIGNIFICANT ASSET to Pandora. Her knowledge and no-pressure method of customer service were fantastic. She listened to how the bracelet accumulated so many charms from my wife's purchases and our children's gifts to her over many years. As a first-time visitor in the store, she introduced me to the custom engraving machine. I was so impressed with the option I purchased a Rose Gold custom charm plus 2 additional ones. I can not express any better how wonderful Kayla was to work with.

I went a few days after Christmas and they were swamped. Also the store was short handed because of the Covid outbreak so they were working at max level with little help. The lady who assisted me was so sweet and nice and apologetic about the wait.
