Very friendly staff. They were very attentive. They also helped me very quickly.

Even tho now you have to wait outside the store in a line, they were pretty fast because the store wasn't that busy. I think they are very strict about you having the freedom of explore and look for the variety of jewelry in the store, but I understand is probably because security. They are like what are you looking for today? And if you say earrings, that's all you can see and you can't move from that space or area of the store. But the service while you are talking with the representative/seller it is personalized and very attentive. Also they demonstrate they care and are very helpful.
