There is always a pleasure to shop at pandora store. This time I purchased some earrings and charms and Adriana the sales associate was excellent she listed to my needs and make suggestions. She also clean my old earrings and make them look so bright. I will definitely be back soon.

I like the professionalism of the seller Milma, we came in the morning to purchase i didn't have a face mask, on a very nice way she gave us one because my friend has one and we would have to go back home to grab a mask and also took care of an issue, she told us to come back later , when we came back an hour before they close, my friend didn't have a face mask , we ask another seller to please one give us so we could come in to purchase what we wanted, we just didn't liked the manner or the way she reacted, maybe she was doing her job but at least she should be nice to us as a client, anyway here comes Milma and saw us stands outside, she was so nice and gave us the only one face mask that left. We really appreciated this treatment and happy to say it publicly. Thank you for that.

The store kept the traffic low so that they could focus on each customer as well as maintain a safe distance. It was spotless and the associates definitely looked the part. Everything was organized and easy to find and I love the amazing demeanor of each associate. Even if they were not the one helping you, then smiled and greeted you.
