I order the merchandise on line, as a gift for daughter, it was to small, with the pandemic we kind of forgot to go to the store in the mall once it was slowly opening to the public, we were so thankful that all was needed was an extra link, and I purchase a beautiful pink heart to add on the bracelet, with other pendants that I order late last year. The associate was very professional, thank you!
