the wait was terrible but was expected due to mothers day coming up. there were no pamphlets available, they told use the online pamphlet but the wifi was terrible. so we had to wait until we got into the store, with the lines being the way they were, i felt uncomfortable taking too long so i didnt get everything i wanted. the pads to pay were not working well, not charging etc and it took me longer to pay than to select my item but overall i am happy with the product. I recommend more staff during holidays. tks

Associate was very friendly. The store was neat. I little waiting time but was worthed.

The agent that assisted me was very knowledgeable and and super sweet!

I placed the order online and it was ready the same day however the charm I chose was out of stock. When I went to pick up the bracelet only I explained that I needed a charm and that I was disappointed the one I chose was not available. Angelina said, "hold on one second". She went to the back and explained they had gotten a shipment and the one I wanted was in! I was so happy!! That was super service on her part. I really appreciated that. I didn't get the 10% off like I had originally received by ordering online. She said she couldn't process it with the coupon, Oh well. Overall it was a good experience for my first time purchasing at Pandora.

The associate was welcoming and ready to help me. She was friendly and knowledgable of the products. She attended all my needs.
