The young lady when I walked in the store was very rude. Pointed you need to wait outside. Waited in line for almost 20 minutes before another associate came from the back. The Associate who came from the back name was Stephanie who was very nice and pleasant. The initial first contact made the experience bad. Greeting doesn't cost a thing.

I went in to exchange a ring that I bought online that was send to me in the size I did not order and came out purchasing 4 charms that I absolutely love. At this location everything was well under control. I waited in front of the store on line and shortly after I was asked to come in and the customer service was great !!!
