My sales girl was very pleasant. Although she was in training she was knowledgeable about what I was looking for. Pricing makes it affordable whatever your income.

The assistant that served us, remembered me from a previous visit. She even remembered what I had been looking for. She was extremely helpful and knew just what we were looking for.

everything was very clean the way they handle the all of the covid 19 guidelines are we’re very good. staff was very friendly at this pandora not like at other pandora stores i’ve been to i was very happy with my purchase and the rings were very pretty.

When I first got to the store there were just 2 people ahead of me outside the store and we waited on where it was indicated social distancing on the floor. The security guard came immediately and said it should just be a 10-15 minute wait to get inside and offered me a merchandise book to look at while I waited. Very very courteous. Once I was in I was greeted by Heilymar. What a blessing! So professional and sweet. Very gracious and not pushy at all. She listened to what I wanted, helped me organize what I had already on my Pandora bracelets already owned. She offered me different choices. She was so kind and gracious. Never ever once pushing me to buy but because of her sincere wanting to help me I didn't hesitate to buy from her and cannot wait to return to the store with her help again. She made this one of the best experiences I ever had purchasing anything. I love every item I purchased. She truly was and absolute pleasure! I honestly cannot say enough about her!

The Fl Mall Pandora store is the best. I had a saleswoman names Lydia this time around. She was very attentive, knowledgeable and overall pleasant. Actually, I have a Pandora closer in Altamonte Springs’s. Let’s just say I travel 30 miles est to go for a more pleasant experience of shopping. Your sales team has much better customer service.
