First the great customer service. Next the communication I was a little confused on able to have insurance. Also I didn’t know much about the bracelet and one of the employees helped me during my visit

The manager was very helpful with my return. The store was very clean and great customer service. I ended up buying a bracelet and a charm while i was there because of how friendly and patient and understanding they are with customers.
