Awesome and great service, love the store

I like Pandora jewelry.

I was given the option to get my receipt in paper or e-mail, to which I chose e-mail. I never received my receipt, I called the store and an gave them another e-mail I did no send it to either one of them; So, I have a purchase to which I have no receipt for in case I changed my mind. I was told I will not ha e a problem but I am not too sure that is true.

She was very helpful in her customer service skills she did answer everything I asked as well as suggested things I appreciate her very much

Stephanie was fantastic. She helped my mom pick out a bracelet a few days prior to me coming back. She knew so much about the products when I came back to buy mom a charm. Her customer service is amazing.

The team workers is so sweetie, they help a lot, they show me the offer's the shipper to the expense one. The give me offer's for Birthday gift... And the store is #1 Florida Mall #1 I like that😁😁

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and friendly. I loved all of the great selections at this location versus other locations. I always give pandora gifts however, this time I purchased for myself and I love my bracelet and charms.

I was so excited to go and purchase my Disney Mulan and Mushu charm when I was told I the store associate Johanna was going to assist me. I showed her what I wanted and she was ready unfortunately finding my charm became more of a hunt leading the sales associate to search the back room of the store and even the store display cases. But what made the experience enjoyable was seeing the determination Mrs Johanna showed In making sure I did not feel neglected or ignored she every time she passed me she would smile and make a funny comment about her searching for my charm. And as soon as she did find it she came back with the biggest smile and said here it is told you I find it for you and we just laughed. Thank you
