The overall experience. The selection choices. Tthe sales associate knowledge and patience. It is not easy putting a piece together when you LOVE all the charms. My son was buying me a gift and the associate included him in the selection process.

From the moment I walked in the store the staff were very attentive and willing to help me. I was able to look for what I wanted and the staff were there when I wanted to check sizes and the showed me a range of products. When I arrived in the store the store was meant to be closing and the staff didn’t rush me out they allowed me to complete my purchase.
