I was highly satisfied because Teresa the sales associate who assisted me assured I was completely satisfied. She gave me so many options for what I was trying to purchase. The associates were all kind and helpful. Also having the ability to look through the books made it helpful. Great service by the associates

Overall I was very satisfied with the service. The only issue I had was the associate could not tell me why the stones on my ring of a previous purchase seemed to be turning blue. She did reccomend the cleaning kit which I brought, but I wanted to know how I could fix the stones. I really love my ring and I'm saddened but the turn of color. Other than that she was terrific.

The associates are always very nice and considerate. I love the atmosphere there. The jewelers is also beautiful.
