I called in advance before arriving at the store and spoke with Erica who confirmed she had Toy Story charms of Woody and Buzz Lightyear. She agreed to set them aside for me and they were available when I arrived at the store later in the afternoon. Elsy assisted me with the transaction and I also brought two of my Pandora bracelets with charms into the store to be cleaned and to have the new charms added to my bracelets. I was also able to meet Erica. Elsy was stellar with customer service and Erica was very friendly and helpful. So glad I made it to the store this afternoon. These were the last Toy Story charms left at this location.
