I went in because my bracelet was too big and I didn’t have a receipt. The girl went to the manager explained my situation and I was able to exchange my bracelet for a smaller one that fits just right

I didn’t have to really wait for someone to come help me find what I was looking for for my braclet.women that helped me was very nice and very help with finding what I was looking for. She gave me multiple things to choose from so I could get the perfect charms for my braclet.

The associate was very helpful and kind. She was very well spoken and she had alot of knowledge about the products. She gave me options and i felt like as a customer i mattered.

The employee I worked with was very patient. There were lots of items that I wanted to look at. Even with a line out the door, I never felt rushed.

This was my first time at the store and the sale associate was very friendly. She took her time to show me everything that Inasked her for and showed me different options. Great Customer Service skills!

I got a beautiful bracelet for Christmas from my son and I absolutely loved it it was a bit big so my daughter-in-law took me to get the right size ... I was amazed with the big selection and sales they had, I end it up getting another bracelet and two rings ... I wanna give the sales associate a huge thank you for all her patience and the time she took in making us picked a great selection.. I highly recommend this store for all ur Pandora needs 🙂

I love my Rose Gold Bracelet, it was pretty and what I wanted for my Birthday.... I spent more than 3 hours in a line pandora needs a Larger Store and More Associates in the Florida Mall. It's a High Traffic Area for such a small Store.
