I am very impressed with the level of customer service provided at this store. Every time I visit this store I get great service. From the Assistant manager to all the associates. Today we were assisted by Angely D., Excellent service. We were buying for my daughter and she was with us. So while my wife was purchasing, another associate helped me distract her. Loved it. The sales associate was very knowledgeable. To tell you the truth I love going to their location @ Fl.Mall Orlando. The staff are all so kind n friendly, Omg! Wonderful! Angeline helped me w my purchases. I must say I used to go to Altamonte Springs Mall store. Never again staff is all rude and when you ask for something from online that’s in store. They act like your crazy and you’re looking at merchandise. I tell everyone at all cost to avoid Altamonte Mall. Horrible at that location. But Fl Mall is 30 min away plus tolls to get their. I rather shop their any day. Hopefully I’ll get an increase for Xmas shopping for family n friends.
