Both the salesperson Neyshaliz and the Manager Gloryanne made my Pandora shopping experience just that much more satisfying. I was there with my husband celebrating 16 years of marriage and both sales associates made me feel as though the shut down the entire store just to focus on my wants, needs and desires. I went knowing the price range I wanted to stay in but because of their expertise knowledge of the product and superb customer service, my husband spent more and in return I am one HAPPY MOMMA!!

The associate marcos was great and took care of us without hesitations and went above and beyond employees like him make you feel great about coming here all the time

Barbara the trainee assistant was excellent (have to say I visit here in USA often and have been to this pandora shop at Florida Mall many times) this has been the best experience ever! She laid my already existing braclet out. I had written some names of the charms I wanted to look at, she knew them all. She kindly added and re arranged to achieve a look I was trying to get. she was very polite at all times and advising me, nothing was too much for her.
