I was assisted as soon as I walked in. The young guy helping me was very friendly and personable. Even though the specific ring was looking for wasn’t in stock, he helped me find something else that I liked and wasn’t pushy. I want to say his name was Chris, but I’m not certain. Young guy. 19 or 20, he said.

It was my first time visiting the store and I received a great customer service as well as very clean and very helpful to select the item I was gonna purchase it was a great experience.

My daughter was the one making the purchase and the sales lady was blurry helpful and not rushing us. My daughter was taking some time deciding and the sales lady was very patient! Very nice woman

I was welcomed into the store. The sales associate Shelly was extremely helpful and patient while I made my mind up on what I was going to buy. Barbara had a wealth of knowledge on the gold bracket that I purchased. It was a delight to do business with this store.

I bought my ring originally in Aruba on a cruise but they only had it as a size 5 and I thought I might like it a little smaller. My experience there was wonderful and the woman that sold it to me originally was awesome. When returned to Florida I visited the Florida Mall location and was helped by Valerie. They had the 4 1/2 available which I traded for and it's perfect! Great store, great people.
