I came in looking for a specific charm and was helped with a very knowledgeable individual. He was able to provide info regarding the specific charm as well as answer questions regarding other charms I had not seen before. He was not overly pressuring for a sale but was very helpful and courteous.

I was attended by Angeline and especially Marcos at the Florida Mall located in Orlando, FL. They both attended me very awesome and they concentrated on me. All workers from the Florida Mall work very well especially Marcos and Angeline and Tomi. Don't have any complaints of this store!!!

It was my first time in the store and the store was beautiful waited 30 minutes to get in but I was still happy with my Valentine's gift from my husband.

Mr. Marcos and Ruth was amazing sale representative all my question was answered with 100% consideration I love that thank you
