I received a charm from my husband for Christmas. It is a locket style charm but the latch was defective. Although we didn’t purchase the charm at a Pandora store but at an authorized seller we were still given great customer service we ended up purchasing another charm to replace a charm that was damaged during cleaning at another location during Christmas.

I received two identical charms for my birthday and needed to exchange one for something. From the moment I entered the store I was welcomed at the door. I was taken directly to a sales person. She was very patient with me while I was selecting a new charm, even offered to put it on my bracelet and hooked the bracelet on my hand. I was super pleased with the service I received. Will definitely visit this store again.
