I was attended by Barbara, who was very considerate and answered all my questions. The reason I marked I'm not going back to that store is because I live in Brazil and I won't be in Orlando for the next 90 days. And the reason I marked not satisfied with the product is because I used my Pandora twice and one of the diamonds from the bracelet fell of and I lost it.
