When I have entered Pandora, the sales associate directly recognized my enterance, I felt welcomed by the people inside, loved the approach and how within couple of minutes someone helped me with my inquiries. A new trainee person has helped me with the purchase, and I loved how she was wearing a “training” badge so that the consumer would know she is in the training process. Loved the overall ambiance and environment.
