Great customer service.

I came in to purchase a charm as a birthday gift for my daughter. I was not familiar with Pandora bracelets and/or the difference between charms and clips or their use, but the sales rep (Olivia) was very helpful and patience in explain everything to me. I originally purchased the mother/daughter charm, but I did not realize it was a 2 charm piece, until Olivia called me back to the store shortly after I left to let me know I forgot the mother charm. I have no interest in a Pandora bracelet for myself, so I exchanged the charms for another one. Olivia made my first Pandora experience wonderful. I can't say the same about the female manager I interacted with briefly while there while making the exchange. Her face was less than pleasant.

The staff were fast and friendly. I went in asking for Disney charms the salesman directed me exactly to where they were. Every Pandora store store I have been in has been a pleasant experience.

I really appreciate the support that this store was able to provide for me. Overall while I don't always get great service, this Pandora has done a great job of creating a strong relationship with some of their top clients. I appreciate the new leadership that they have hired at this location as well. Overall I'm a big fan of Pandora and love the product and the experience is getting to a really great level as well

All of the sales assistants were highly knowledgable about Pandora products and were all eager to help.

The staff were very helpful. We got everything that we wanted. The reason we went, the offer a % off per value. Please don't let my latter answers skew the results, we're from out-of-town so won't, likely be back in 90 days. Think the incentive for answering the survey

My Pandora experience has been excellent and satisfying. The friendly staff is very knowledgeable about all the jewelry available to customize my bracelet. I was very satisfied with our purchase and items purchased.

I interacted with many members of staff from a previous visit, till today when I purchased the item then again returning as I trouble closing the clasp and ALL staff were very friendly, professional. With even Tom the manger checking in and offering advice.
