Sales Associate were very accommodating. Likewise, knowledgeable on the products and styles. The store ambience is highly organized.

When I walked into Pandora I was greeted immediately.. the only down fall was that the wait was a little longer that I expected . My stylist was great and knew exactly what I was asking for.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a sales associate and informed on what was going on in the store that day. The sales associate was very attentive & provided good customer service.

while waiting in a pretty decent sized line outside of the store, another customer walked up in front of us and was immediately granted access to the store. it wasn’t until later that a sales associate asked if we wanted to apply for the pandora credit card, that we learned card holders get to skip the line. i understand the perk of being able to skip the line because of the credit card, but i think it’ll be beneficial to have a separate line for card holders. when another customer just walks up and skip the line, it kind of leaves a bad impression on the others waiting in line
