It was a very fast and quick trip just to pick up a Spider-Man charm, the sales assistant Abigail was very helpful although she did seem to be in a bad mood.

We walked into the store and not one employee acknowledged us as we entered. There was an employee walking around but did not even attempt to assist us. It was a very disappointing visit to a Pandora store especially being a card holder!

Employee Juan said that the offer on the free bracelet was only if I apply to the credit card. I was going to take another item to raise the amount and take the free bracelet which the he insisted that it was only with the promotion of the credit card when online and show him the promotion and show him that it did not say that and he still insisted that was only applied with the credit card. The employee was not inform correctly and lost a bigger sale.

I went closer to closing time and I felt very rushed. I knew what I wanted but the associate was ready to go home and was making me feel as though I needed to rush.
