A lot of the merchandise, which are the charms that are really small, have a high price looking into seeing more options in the merchandise

This is the third time I go to clean my bracelet and is either to late or the machine is not working. I really like pandora, l just purchase a bracelet and a charm for my daughter. But would like very much to have my bracelets clean.

It should be a better process of scanning the charms. I don't like the fact that the salesperson has to go through a book to scan bar code. Should be a better system
