My daughter and I waited on line twice to get into the store to see if the charm she wanted for her birthday was available. The first time we had to leave the line after 10-15 minutes because we had to go to other stores and we needed to go before those stores closed. The second time, the line was shorter but we still waited 20-30 minutes in line before entering the store. The website showed that the location we went to did not have the charm we were looking for but when we finally entered the store they did have it in stock. Once we entered everything was good. Excellent service and very clean and organized store.

The Florida Mall at Pandora shop at 8:34pm which is 26 mins about the store to close. I know that people working kinna hard until the store close, and they dont like late customer. I totally understand that, but January 7 is my sister birthday, I just came out from work, drove straight to the shop in a hungry to get rose gold charm for my sister. The manager look at me, and she kinna look at me like I dont have any money to buy things in front of my girlfriend. I spent about 600 at this store and used to spent about 700 for the 2 free gold rose bracelets. Feel very bad for people who served me, but do your job good. Thank you. Im not gonna return things, but will exchange some. The white girl who manager the florida mall pandora shift should be learning how to smile and do a good job for the store. Thank you.

I wanted a certain charm, the birthstone one but December was not in stock. I just figured the associate would perhaps offer contact another store see if it was in stock or atleast say when it would be back in.

Waited almost two hours to get into the store. The staff did not work that well as a team. My associate was having problems finding my charms.

There was a bit of a line that took about 40 min. Other than that the ladies were great and the experience was amazing.

i am satisfied with my experience with the store service. I will return back to purchase more items. my store experience was good.

Well highly satisfied with the merchandise and the sale.. Was able to purchase all I needed for my gifts. Yet I was very dissatisfied because had to wait in line for 30min until there was a sales clerk reading to attend us. They were 4 sales person. One attending the line giving the persons the books to have there selection ready. The sales clerk attending the orders on line DOING NOTHING. Just looking at everyone. She should be train to attend customers as well. Then 2 behind the counter.. I understand the customer had the right to be service but they were taking long, plus if the salesclerk gives them more to chat about.. Soooo..
