I requested a different charm, from what the sales associate, had given me. I thought I saw fine scratches on the charm. The sales associate, seemed to have an issue with my request. I feel charms, should be polished with a cloth, prior to sale. Complementary cloths should be given.

It wasnt that I wasnt highly satistfied it was nothing above and beyond. Luckily I didnt have to wait outside in line so that was great. The store was not busy and I was not greeted and I had to go find somebody to help me. Once we go started the girl was nice and helpful.

There’s always room for improvement! Wish you would offer more promotions!

The first employee that helped me did not know about a merchandise in stock and another employee luckily heard our conversation and notified us that the item I was looking for was in.
