A bit too many people inside the store. A line, although a nit inconvenient, would allow the customer to have a better shopping experience as they would be greeted by a sales rep that could assist the moment they walk in.

A lot of the charms available online or at other stores are not available in the preferred store. I was not able to get the desired charms for a special occasion. Veteran discount should be offered to veterans. I had to wait 2 hours to get my bracelets clean where other jewelers would clean your jewelry while you wait.

The display says one price and I was charged a different price the price did not say starting from it was already a set price and I got charge more and I also ask with the bracelet and the charm beat that price and I was told yes but once the purchase started the price changed

The way the waiting line was set up. We have to crossed the mall hallway to enter the store.

Porque el local muy pequeño y siempre que voy hay hacer filas afuera, para ser un sitio que le gusta a muchas deberían de expander su local.

In store did not have the sale merchandise available as advertised. They ran out.

Associate gave me great ideas for gift. Products mostly in stock Associate was cool and patient with me as a pose to getting frustrated not knowing what I wanted at the moment

Only thing I didn’t like is that they didn’t have a big variety of options to choose from rings. Some of the rings I wanted didn’t come in whatever color I wanted. For example, I saw a silver ring that I would’ve liked in gold but they didn’t make them in gold. Etc. plus the options were kinda lame also. Most were pretty though.
