Pandora Jewelry

I had purchased a Pandora Ring at another store & they did not have a smaller size. Iwas hoping that since it is pandora they could exchange the ring for a smaller size. They informed me that even though it was Pandora they could not exchange at this store.

The asdociate do not have info about the product material and sizes.

It took a little while for somebody to assist us. We asked two different associates if we could ask a question only one actually answered.

people don't wait too much in line.The store are very clean. I felt very comfortable.

The store was clean very organized but the sales people experience didn’t like it they where ignoring me they where just talking between them not acknowledge I was there I notice 2 sale people talking about me I know because they where talking and looking at me but not talking to me and the sales men look at me notice that I knew they where talking about me the one that took my order was very nice and professional I was not comfortable at all and at end he makes me feel comfortable but I won’t be back at this store at all I will just go to another one

I asked for a ring that was in the tray of the promo 3x99 and sales associate looked for it went back and brought the size. He assured ut was in the promo and at the end when I was paykng he said it was in wrong place and charged full Price and he wasn’t polite talking with us of that he turned around the label in the tray putting the tapes on top. It was very unconffortable and I bought 11 gifts.
