I understand because of covid-19 sites are controlling the people that go into the store. I was in line to go into the store with my two teenage daughters and I was told only two people could go in at once. I said that I was the person that was going to be the person paying, that then I was leaving if all three couldn't come in at once then the employee let all three in.

Unfortunately just due to the time of year I had to wait in a line an hour long this doesn’t really work for people with in seen illnesses it took it’s toll on me standing in the line maybe offer some type of way to come back with a return time so you can sit wile waiting.

Sales associate was rushing us to choose an item. We told her that we were interested in buying either a bracelet or a ring however she only brought out a tray of rings for us to look at, no bracelets were shown to us.

We have the loyalty card and was told it could not be used to get ahead of the line. This is one of the perks to having the card. It was very disappointing that Pandora was nit allowing this perk. One of the store agents came over to apologize and to ask what I wanted to our purchase and she would have it ready for me Enerson I get inside. That made the situation better.
