I have a bracelet that needs to be exchanged out,due to it had stretched out from laying around From me being allergic to everything. I was told i can't exchang out. I not happy with that even though I spent $400, at your store.

They couldn’t clean my bracelet cause they only clean Saturday and Sunday at the Florida Mall store and where I live in Ocala Fl there isn’t a store but I love Pandora

It was my first visit.

I visited and made my purchases from a pop up store. Both of the items purchased they had to go inside the store to retrieve.
