The sales associate was very helpful but was a bit lost. There were times that she didn’t make sure that was a piece I wanted & put it back.

I did an even exchange and they did not honor the price paid. I had to pay the difference as I recieved 10% off initially. If it's an even exchange, it should be just that.

Due to covid it's obviously hard to roam the store freely to look at all of the merchandise available for my bracelet. Also because of the social distancing you are required to wait outside until a customer service representative is free and once there I felt a little rushed because there are people waiting. It's not Pandoras fault, it's just our new reality. I do want to suggest maybe making the charms more visible in the cases so that customer can choose easier.

I received an email with a coupon for my birthday, and the sales associate said it could not be used in store. Working in retail, I know there are ways to honor coupons to make the customer happy. She did not even try to ask a manager to see if that would be an option. They’ve done it for me in the past.
