I paid more in store than on line. I received a 10% discount that wasn't applied to my exchanged item, therefore I paid more.

I was unable to browse. I did not have a specific item in mind. I felt like I had to settle, rather than shop!

For the first time visiting this store, the associated who assist me was un happy, not friendly and not willing to make sure we were satisfied. Every time we visit this tore the associates are super friendly and very engaging, making sure we were happy, understanding and leaving with no questions. This visit was different and kind of disappointing.

Long line to get in the store. Took 45 minutes to get seen.

I felt rush and I will return to a different store location because I love jewelry and Pandora as well. The sales associate was very vague with her assistance.

The reason I was dissatisfied was because you did not have any army charms like: Army mom, army dog tags, army murano, army boots, army tank, proud army mom,, etc. You need to put them in you collection.

An item very interested in, was out of stock. However, the young lady assisting me was very knowledgeable and recommended another item which I purchased.

The line outside the store to get in was not so good to be in , there was never 6ft applied and once my friend and I were trying to keep the 6ft from the people in front of us a manager told us to move toward closer to them I didn’t feel so safe
