Honestly, your staff is not the best one. I have been always ver open mind during the Holidays because I totally understand that the staff is tires, but yesterday I was the only customer. The person that have thetablet is not nice a all if I do not ask to come in he did not even approach me. He did not say good afternoon. It is just common sense that the staff greets the clients. It is courtesy and respect. He sent me to the temporal store even though it was only 2 people inside. That's ok. The lady did not greet either. I even ask her: are you having a good day? and she was "yeah" Being such a beautiful product and brand it is TOO bad that you NEVER get the right staff. When I said NEVER it is NEVER. 6 years buying at Florida Mall Store. In fact there is another store that it is not Pandora and that's where I normally go but I was trying to get some caps related to Harry Potter.

We had to wait in line outside the store, which is understandable. However there was no one to greet us to communicate with us to let us know will be right with you. The Lady would just come outside and look at the line and go back in.

Some charms i was looking for was out of stock, they did offer other items that were available but i was looking for a specific charm.

The experience was not memorable, I was helped quickly and offered options for what I was looking for then given a receipt and left. No one went above and beyond or really cared that I was there. It was a rapid service then I left. Which was shocking because the store only had 2 other customers and about 6 associates standing around.

My assistant didn’t know anything about Star Wars. I asked for a Darth Vader charm and she responded “oh I don’t know” one second. And I wasn’t able to use my birthday coupon so that was just like why even send me one.
