The sales associate appeared not concerned with here job. She was not very accommodating. The stock was low in the items I wanted.

If the store is going to make you stand outside due to Covid great and wipe the counters great then wipe the paying machine as well. Trying to cover some and slack on the entire process makes no sense all. From start to finish not just for looks and acting.

Selection on charms were low. Asked to have bracelet cleaned, said they could not but saw it being done by another associate. And cleaning solution was sitting out on counter! Different problem but one of my charms broke today

I have to wait at line to go inside the store The store is small Any salesperson speaking in portuguese

The sales person was not very friendly other times they were very friendly!

We couldn't walk around and look. The salesperson was condescending and seemed uninterested in answering my questions.

The associate was about to give me a refund based on the current sale price of the item which I had to tell her to call a manager because I had a receipt and paid full price so my refund had to be at full price. Manager did immediately submit a full refund. Thank you.

Due to the pandemic, I couldn’t move around like I wanted to and there were people waiting outside to get inside the store so I felt rushed.
