I was satisfied but not highly satisfied because it was my first time visiting Pandora and I need to visit again to give a constructive feedback.

As. I needed help with a charm I've had, the only solution they told me was that I needed to buy a new one AND a new bracelet due to the fact that the charm was stuck and wouldnt screw off.

There are several things that I dislike when visiting this location. Firstly standing in a queue outside the store. The associates there seems to sterotype the patrons. Also, it always seems really warm in the store.

The store assistant wasn’t very friendly, there was a guy with a buggy who blocked a whole area and I felt a little rushed.

Computer systems were down so they had to make a copy of credit card used for payment. Just checked my account and I’ve been charged twice.

I kinda felt overwhelmed by a 2nd member of staff that became involved while I was being attended by the counter assistant

Great Service. The Associate was very patient and helpful in making sure I was happy with my selections.

The sales rep was very friendly and a coma dating, patient. Because I didn't know which selection to make and she gave her input that made it easier.
