I didn't see a large selection of items. Also few of the items I chose they did not have, not having the option to swipe your card if the chip reader isn't working was an issue.

I got s bracelet as a gift and suncr iv been wearing it it turns dark. When i went to get it cleaned was told to take it off before i shower because the water may turn it dark. Since that time iv been taking it off and it still turned dark after that so i had to go get it cleaned again.

Because I had to wait about 15 mins to get inside the store. That was very inconvenient and a waste of time. Once I got into the store, things were great, but just the wait was unnecessary. In the future, if I have to wait that long I might not go inside the store and decide to go somewhere else.

We had to wait over an hour to enter the store. Way too many customers and slow service. Was told at another pandora location that we could exchange a gift item but when the item rang it to exchange it was $0 and couldn’t be exchanged.
