I was surprised at the small size of the charm I wanted as it appeared much larger online where I originally found it. The salesperson was very friendly but did not seem extremely knowledgeable about what I was asking about. She did do her best to accommodate me and I have no complaints.

The first bracelet that the salesperson showed me had a very loose clasp opening and even though she removed the bracelet from my wrist she did not notice this. I had to tell her and then she said she would get another one if I decided to purchase it. Outside of this, she could not have been more helpful.
